Making that OVA made zero sense to begin with and just shows how mismanaged Liden Films is. Best wishes to our author though.

I wonder if the failing health is manga-related. Makes me think about the author of World Trigger and how he became incapacitated through drawing it.

@leafy sea dragon Start counting the amount of spin-offs and adaptations this first time author went though in about 2 years. You don´t need Sherlock to come to a logical conclusion.
Mr. HxH´s current health issues came about due to him being pushed too hard with YYH. Nothing new to report here. The amount of One-Hit-Wonders in the manga scene is staggering, as going though that one hit proves too much. Let´s hope it ain´t so here.

Nakaba Suzuki went off for 8 weeks for surgery and now this. These guys and gals are worked to the bone. It's sad...
