Very different art style than KyoAni goes for, which presumably is more in line with the original creator's art style. The more I see of this the more I like it.
^You say that like it could never be done well. Maybe you don't like that sort of thing, but it is not automatically terrible in everyone's book. |

The first PV left me... "amused," but this got me pretty damn hyped. Tons of great animation coupled with a cheeky sense of humor. I'll probably get the same level of enjoyment out of this as I got out of New Game.
I really hope this ends up getting a dub from Funi (which might be blasphemous to some KyoAni fans). |

I agree I am very hyped now also would love a simuldub from funi. Idk what's so bad about dubs then you get to experience the same show twice. Much fun!! |

I feel like I'm the only one who noticed and the only one who cares, but the post didn't mention that Nobuaki Maruki is serving as the show's chief animation director, his second time in this position (after Amagi Brilliant Park, which was also directed by Yasuhiro Takemoto with character designs by Miku Kadowaki)
