I haven't read much of the series yet (I think I just skimmed vol. 1 last year or something) but I hope the guy gets well.

80+ hours a week hunched over a desk, sleeping 5 hours a night, if lucky.

Bad posture (leading to back and neck problems), drawing for hours and hours with finicky dip pens (hand and wrist problems), stress (everything else).

It won't end. Ashihara has had breaks before, in fact he usually takes 1 week breaks, now he'll rest for more time.
