That's not going to be transformable, is it?

Seriously. The thing doesn't have a face, it doesn't have feet. It looks like a freaken animorph with dragon scales that had it's face bashed in and stepped into lava....... |

That thing has an uncanny resemblance to Imperialdramon made out of live action Transformer parts. I don't mind either design nor this one but the comparison can't be ignored.

Wtbff? who the hell fused devilman with a borg after ripping his face off and bleaching out all of his colors for grey and splotches of red, blue, yellow, pink, and black and removing his feet at his ankles. yep that settles it I ain't even wasting the money on a ticket, rita looks like she's working the corners of conventions to pay for her hotel room, the team is a major incident away from being poster children for PTSD and I'm pretty sure Tony Stark isn't taking any more back orders for his leathers line. Good night, Good Luck, and Good Riddance

Yeah, I'm going to defend this cheap hunk of plastic. The quality of toylines from live action adaptions of children franchises has dropped DRASTICALLY over the years. For comparison...
Revenge of the Fallen Leader Optimus Prime vs. Age of Extinction Leader Optimus Prime I might be using Hasbro as opposed to Bandai but my point stands. There was a dip in quality over the years. To top that off, there have been One-Step Changers with very little articulation. Similar can be said about this figure and its lack of moving joints. |

You'd think it wouldn't be all that hard to tell the difference between a Megazord and an EVA (jokes aside it looks pretty cool)

The sad thing it looks like a guy in spandex rather than what it should be: a toy or a guy in an impractical costume.
No way you can make the 5 Zords combine into that. There needs to be some toy accuracy. |

That is not a Zord! That looks like some bad alien cosplay.

I'm tempted to believe the Megazord's new look is because Saban didn't want to pay any royalties to Toei for homaging the classic Megazord's look (hence why the new Voltron looks so radically different), but I know in my heart that they just tried to make something in line with current trends. For all the griping involved, Bayformers do really well in the market, and they're trying to bottle that lightning.
It's an ugly robot, sure, but at least I have the classic Megazord is still around. |

I HURT MYSELF TODAY
Seriously what the hell are they doing? Did they just made a [expletive] villain for a Megazord? Jesus christ Daizyujin is one of the most entry level designs which is why people loved it so much, why would they go for a Megazord that looks like motherfucking DEVILMAN? YOU JUST NEEDED TO PUT A SWORD AND A SHIELD, IT'S GOOFY BUT IT LOOKS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN THIS FOR THE TOKUSATSU TONE. |

Wait, that's supposed to be the Dino Megazord? It looks more like Imperialdramon fused with an Evangelion! Also, I really have trouble picturing the five dinosaur megazords into that thing.
