Seven Sea continues to be on a roll. This one has shades of Ancient Magus Bride. Bonus points if the denizens of this world look like they escaped from one of Jim Henson's dreams, too.

What is with that funky name? Well, per its Wikipedia article, "Siúil a Rún"is a traditional Irish song seen through the eyes of a woman who laments that her lover has decided to work in the military and it expresses".
