Looks yummy~. Also, best exclusion from an event that I've ever heard of.

Absolutely ridiculous. If this were to be exclusive to cats, there would be an outcry.

This is a breakfast I bet the cats will want to wish they were a part of it. So very yummy...

Unless you are using "cats" in the negative sense for females, you can't really argue gender/sexual discrimination for humans here. If I was there, I would even be more happy if it was a "dogs welcome" event.

There's something about a fried egg with a face on it that just isn't appetising to me.

To me, there isn't a specialty meal in the world that's worth $40.

'Cause you're not a foodie! Well, I am to a small extent, but I'm hesitant about the $39 price tag. I knew it'd be premium dining though, especially as it seems to be a three- or four-course meal.
I have no idea if I'd take the plunge or not though.
EDIT: Wait, you get a Gudetama T-shirt? Now I'm interested, and that price seems more reasonable. I might take the plunge, as all of those sound delicious.

Don't forget that chefs and real food cost money; There's a reason that KFC can charge $5 for a meal and stay in business.
Having said that, 6 items and a t-shirt for $40 is not exactly fine dining.
Don't get me wrong; I'd love to try it (Being a diabetic, though, I'd have to give the dessert to someone else). I'm just pointing out that $40 for a meal is not exactly out in space as a price point.

No cats allowed? Why? It's strange how specific that restriction was, is it due to allergies or do they just not like cats...

If I had to guess, then I'd say it's dry humor.

Huh? I wasn't arguing anything. I just thought it was cute, cheeky and clever that they said no cats allowed. x'D;
