Okay, this is getting ridiculous. I understand that it's probably for the visuals, which I absolutely think are gorgeous, but seriously ufotable? You should have just made this series come out in the fall.

Yea this is beyond ridiculous, they should have just waited to release a fully complete product. Every week it's hit or miss if a episode is gonna be released or not, i guess i will just wait until it has finished airing which is disappointing as i had so much hope for the series being a big fan myself.

Fortunately I dropped this show when it started, because this thing of delaying the episodes would be frustrating to me. Maybe once it has finished I'll give it another try.

This is getting silly... I guess I don't care as long as these 'extra' episodes are actually extra and not reducing the normal episode count. I'm going to guess that they are though because I would think the tv station has only allotted them a time slot for it for a certain number of weeks.

Wouldn't be surprising if the show doesn't manage to finish by the end of the year.
But yeah, it seems like Ufotable didn't manage to work their schedule well.

Apparently there's actually still not a single show announced that will air on GE's timeslot for the fall season. So it's likely Ufo actually foresaw the production issues and got themselves the timeslot for two cours, instead of one. So they could still air the whole thing

I have to say that the TV channel is amazing for allowing such a thing.
Let's bet? There gonna be a 5th 'Extra' episode!

This is amazing. I'm going to quote Vegeta from the DBZ abridged: "DO I HEAR FIVE?!"

So is this why Crunchy hasn't posted episode 4 yet? It's not that they're releasing an episode a week, but that they have to wait until so long after the airing/Daisuke release?

And maybe that certain number of weeks is higher than you think
Fall still has no show scheduled to air on GE's timeslot

I do agree that the show should have been in near-complete production before airing. However we don`t understand the complexities behind the whole composition of "God Eater". I`m sure they know they are hot-water.
Let`s go with "Quality" over "Quantity".

The complexity behind God Eater's production doesn't matter. They had a schedule in which they agreed to deliver the product. They are failing, not 1 time, not 2, but 4 times now.
If doing it like they are doing is really so complex, so it would be better to do it in a less complex way.
This is like slapping the face of all the other studios that had to do everything in their hands to deliver their episodes in time.
As things are going right now God Eater will only deliver 8 episodes. The reminder will never be made or will only come in the DVD/BD release.
This is just a really big lack of professionalism! And I hope Ufotable suffers big reprimands because of this.

And Istill wonder what will be released earlier: last episode of God Eater, last episode of Kekkai Sensen or Half-Life 3.
