Honestly I would've wanted them to license Monster Musume instead of this one but their previous simulcast announcements are great.

It seems to be a rather anti-climatic end.
I have to wonder if they really expected to be able to get DBS, but couldn't pull it off, and this was what they got to avoid taking away a box. |

Here's what probably happened: Funi put a really low bid on this show and didn't expect to get it so they posted that there would be 19 simulcasts this season. Then they bumped it up to 20 when they found out the low bid was surprisingly enough.

Plus, merely 6 weeks with the rest being some live-action thing (as a variety show? So not really part of the show and just a time waster since they had to fill 12 weeks till a Fall show takes it's spot?) is super weird. |

Everyone wants Dragon Ball Super. Everyone expects Funimation to get it straight. But they dont get it yet? Wonder who's fault it is. Funi or Toei... Maybe Funi suprises is after all when DBS starts to air in a few days, atleast i hope so. I would liked if they streamed it like they did with Space Dandy, straight a dub.

A few days? DBS premieres at 9:00 AM on July 5 in Japan. That's a bit over 90 minutes from when I posted this message, and about three quarters of day from when you posted your message. |
