In the first season of Vandread:
anime#269

Irwin Dayaan is posted to be the VA of Hibiki Tokai in Spanish. This is totally false since Vandread was dubbed to spanish in Venezuela with Venezuelan actors. Irwin Dayaan is mexican. Irwin wouldn't have had the time to go all the way to Venezuela to do one part, come back just that a Venezuelan actor would do Hibiki's role in the second Stage. It's ridiculous.

The correct VA Carlos Vitale is already posted.
