WOW ytv plans to air princess mononoke. for me thats a good thing though because i love that movie. but i also how much they plan to edit but still way to go ytv

I wish it would play on the action channel again. I love the movie I just haven't brought myself to buying it yet. I've been mostly buying stuff I haven't seen on TV. But I would love to see it again.

I don't think they'll be allowed to edit it, since it's a Ghibli film. Not that anything in it goes beyond "PG" anyway. |

Yeah, but when it was in the theatres it was rated 14A. Still, times have changed and years have passed since them. Content ratings have slightly changed too. |

Unless I'm really mistaken I do remember a scene early on where he cuts some samauri to ribbons with his bow (including cutting one in half)... That's something more than PG...
Not that I'm complaining... I wish Ghibli would do a little more action in some of their movies... This and Naussica are the only two that could be considered 'action' that I've watched... Oh wait... I forgot Porco Rosso... All the others are overly PG... |
