The entry for 藤咲淳一 in the ANN encyclopedia is Jun'ichi Fujisaki. It looks and sounds correct, but according to Production I.G.'s English staff list for Blood+, English episode credits for Otogizoushi, English credits for GITS... it's Jun(')ichi Fujisaku.
OMGZORS NOS! Well, even if it's just the last letter, does Production I.G.'s english site warrant a change in his name? He might become someone important someday and I think having another Noburo Ishiguro would be regrettable... Completely useless and stupid trivia: Akiharu Ishii is exactly one year younger than Singapore. |

To be honest, IMNSHO Production I.G.'s official websites (both in English and Japanese) are two of the least trustworthy official websites. They have contradictory information on different pages under one site, and have created weird English translations for staff positions ('Supervising Animator' and 'Key Animation Supervisor' for Animation Director, 作画監督). See if there are other sources for the romaji of his name.
