Yuichi ITOU (伊東 優一)
Yuuichi ITO (伊藤 裕一)

Chances are, they are both Yūichi Itō (in revised hepburn)

(According to ENAMDICT:
伊東 is definitely Itō (いとう)
優一 is most likely Yūichi (ゆういち) but could be Yuichi (ゆいち)
伊藤 is probably also Itō, but could be Ito (いと)
裕一 is most likely also Yūichi (ゆういち)

Sakuga@wiki reckons that 伊東 優一 is Yūichi Itō (いとう ゆういち) and I don't get any hits in Google for the other spellings.

Likewise, Google gives multiple hits for 伊藤 裕一 as いとう ゆういち, and, while most of these are other people including an actor and an engineering lecturer, there are again no hits for the other spellings.
)

Both are currently credited here with Kyoani shows from now back to 2004, which should almost certainly both be on the same page, checking sources.. this is 伊東優一.

The odd man out credit is Yuuichi ITO's 1991 credit for Urusei Yatsura, and I've found at least two sources that confirm it to be 伊藤裕一 and "Assistant animator" to be in-between animation (動画):
http://www.geocities.jp/inutori_bekkan/database/m_urusei_itudatte.html
http://www.jmdb.ne.jp/index.cgi?うる星やつら いつだってマイ・ダーリン

Firstly, the kyoani credits need to be moved from #49339 to #32660 - if the only way to do this is to remove and re-enter the data manually then I'll do it, but not knowing how splitting and merging works I thought I'd better ask first in case there is an easier way. I'm also not sure whether it is best to keep them disambiguated by spelling as currently or change them both to Yūichi Itō (using revised hepburn as per FAQ) and disambiguate via parenthesis.

It seems both romanizations are correct for both kanji spellings, so none of the data here is incorrect per se; just grouped incorrectly due to the inherent ambiguity of the romanization. I've added the precision "1990s animator" and "2000s animator" and moved the 3 KyoAni credits.
