I assume there is a separate LE version of the manga but there's still only the regular version listed on Yesasia and the release date is awfully close :\

I can honestly say I've never heard of the phrase OAD and Kinda have to question it's place in replacing OAV since the V doesn't stand for VHS. I don't really see where being packed with manga is relevant to its necessity, but that's Japan for you, always trying to keep the lingo fresh and trendy.

Just watched the Negima! pre-view
there was a big site update for it. Layout was changed for the release of the OVA and the pre-view of the ending song.
Any way pre-view looks great, now if only Funimation would get the rights to the other OVD set for Negima

I believe OAD is unique to Kodansha and their manga bundles.

I'm extraordinarily excited for the new OAD. The animation looks wonderful, the character designs absolutely spot-on, and just overall it looks like it'll be a super fun ride to watch.

The term OVD just means it's a right to disk animation that goes with the manga I think?
Any way there marketing it really well the extras on the disks are ranging from storyboards and the box art to pactio cards for Kaede and Negi. Plus the chance to buy a real life copy of Negi's artifact card holder.
