I'm crossing my fingers in the hopes that it works out for Funimation. I love the idea of simultaneously casting a show. Woo hoo!

Hopefully one guy doesn't spoil it for the rest of us again. So far the old episodes have been done well.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but I think you should know what's going to happen: someone's going to leek it. Call me pessimistic, but I have a strong feeling that's what's going to happen.

Yes, just like Fullmetal Alchemist episodes have leaked during the last security update.

The simulcast is also set to be running on Hulu, by the way.

It was more than one guy. Everyone who downloaded it was just as guilty as the person who stole it from Funimation. There's plenty of guilt to go around, not that it seems to bother anyone.
Good to see this is finally back up though.

Well that's pretty much what I was saying; a small portion ruining for the larger populace.

My friend, not the same. What point would there be to leek THOSE when the fansubs are out already? FMA subs come out a day after airing in Japan, AT MOST.

I hope they plan on showing the entire show from episode one with the dub. I've been really interested in the show, but it's beyond 400 episodes already and that's A LOT of box sets I don't want to buy. I wish shows longer than, say, 200 episodes would be distributed online only because I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't want to buy that many box sets. That would be perfect because Funi is already potentially ~31 boxsets deep with 13 episodes per set; unless, of course, they change their release method to something else.

I wish they'd release boxsets in 30 episode or more intervals. That way we'd get a good chunk of episodes other than 13. Hell even 26 episodes a set would be good. Anything more than 13- its seems like a stupid strategy.

Well looks like some idiot hasn't ruined it.
I have faith that it won't happen this time either. For the Simulcast to come back I'm sure the Japanese companies made 100% sure that the video player has a lot more security.
Plus not uploading the episodes onto the server before airing in Japan fixes everything. Which is what they're doing!
I can't wait... But I may not be home when it starts. D:
Oh well, it'll be there when I come home!

Hopefully the pace will change later on. I think Funi could do this if more people bought this series.

At least FUNimation isn't doing the old 3 episodes per disc, lol...
