No, it should have said "last volume of NaNa 7of 7."

Obviously,the final volume of Midori will be volume 3,containing episodes 10-13.

Great.

But it seems to have been pretty fast for an anime licenced last december, no ? (even if there is still a long time to wait till may ^^; )

I guess it may be fast, although the OAV itself was completed in 2003 sometime.
