Since the name is taken from the french vocabulary, shouldn't it be better said using the french way??

On a side note, anyone who attened this years Otakon, does anyone know what he was trying to say when he was speaking to the crowd in engrish? It sounded really weird. Something like:
L'arc: Are you having fun?
Crowd: *Cheer*
L'arc: DID YOU GUYS EAT SOME [crab]?
Crowd: Huh?
L'arc: SO DID I!
I'm not even exaggerating. That's what it sounded like from the back row. =P
[Edit - Man. That was embarrasing. =P]

Crab.
Baltimore is famous for its crab. A typical meal is 6-12 crabs per person, but its a bit tricky to eat. Hyde said he had 2 (as in he only managed to open two).
My wife and I went to a really famous crab restaurant not far from the convention (I wonder if its the same one Hyde went to?) and between the two of us we managed to eat 10 crabs in 90 minutes... and the waitress did did two or three of them for us ;

hyde asked if we all had crab...he asked if we were having fun...when ken came out he asked "who am i" a few times, when we answered "ken", he said "No, i am a dolphin. i live at baltimore aquarium. my trainer makes me jump all day. i am very tired" or something along the lines of that.
and of course tetsu said "do you want to eat my bananas"

Since this is working for you, I'm not gonna criticise it. However, looks like is so difficult for some people. The correct thing would be "Larkh-en-cel" (The C of "Cel" is like....Hum...Something similar to "Cell").

Because "Sell" is completely wrong, no matter what country you're pronouncing it from.

Yeah, that's something that I'd like to say. However, I can't teach "french pronounciations classes", so I'm doing it a bit weird...Well, then, is not an S like Sellfish, etc. It's more...hum...you know, more C, xDDDDDDD...

Actually Sarki-kun, it is an "S" sound, but the rest of it would be more like "eel" or "E-L", so I guess you could say "Seal" or "See-el." I guess it just depends on which way you pronounce the letter "e."

Oh. Well if you're talking about the word in French, then I'm not sure how it's pronounced . But I think the "S" sound is the way you'd say it in English.
My parents speak a little French, but I can't remember how they say it.

why is there still a debate about this....
anyway, i took french for about five years.
l'arc en see elle.
but there's no pause between the ciel part. just seeelle.
if i had a microphone, i'd just pronounce it. ken pronounced it laruku en shieru.

Yeah, the microphone would be a great idea. However, I think I found the most exact way I can explain it. (Anyways, looks like the only problem it's on ciel)
Well, the C is...Put your tongue a few milimetres upper than in the clear S sound. Also, with the clear S you aren't touching your tooth. So, touch it. It's something like that S/C sound. I think it's all Ok now...
