Will somebody please, pleas, please license Vinland Saga? I read about the first 5 volumes of that in scanlation, and I want it. It is probably #2 on my list of manga I want licensed (right after Yawara!, which someone should also license).

Ed Chavez said on AoD that it has been licensed, although he didn't say by who.

Woohoo! Hopefully by someone who won't screw it up.
(Thanks for the good news; I need it as I watch any faint hope I had of The Last Airbender being any good at all get ground into mush under the heavy weight of awful reviews)

Thanks man, that's bloody excellent news. Either Kodansha or Del Rey, I reckon. Hope they get around to reprinting Planetes too.

Just thought I'd put out there that technically Railgun #5 came 3rd this week if you count the sales from both the special edition and the normal edition together.

Ugh, please not Del Rey. I've always found their releases to be subpar in some area or another, be it print not fitting on a page or translation errors (Pufferfish-sensei, anyone? . I mean, I'd likely still buy it, but I'd be happier with someone else.
