Fascinating, this is the quickest they've jumped at anything in a long time. Maybe they recognized that this time it would be worth it? It did jump up to the "Top Anime" slot of many sites, like MAL, and that was based off people watching a camrip of all things. I can only imagine that the DVD/BD will do.

I hope Bandai can get it in Theaters across America with dub. That would be epic. Looking forward to this. Now all we need is One Piece Strong World and the rest of the One Piece Movies.

Very Cool, hopefully Bandai can bring this to blu-ray when the time comes. (meaning not prevented from doing so because Japanese re-importation fears)

If I were Bandai, I'd whore this movie out as much as possible to make up for what will happen with E8 when that goes on sale. |

Then what they should do is bundle E8 with Disappearance. So anyone who wants to get a copy of Disappearance can only get it if they buy E8 as well....hell, if that's what it takes to get Disappearance, I'd pull the trigger right away. |

Well I read the novel and I loved it. I can't wait to see the movie.
Maybe I just was a minority but Season 2 coupled with the few images they had of the movie made me want to see and read as much of the Haruhi franchise as I could get my hands on. To each there own I guess. |
