That's really beside the point when you're reading something by her. While I also prefer men that are more traditionally masculine in appearance, I really love her sense of style and panel layouts. That's more than enough to offset the unrealistic nature of her plots and character designs.
EDIT: Also wanted to point out that this isn't one of her BL series, so the point is pretty much moot.

Oh, I love Lily Hoshino - her art and character designs are gorgeous! (even if they do all look like chicks). I hope it will translate well in animated form.

Does she actually draw the d!cks?
I'm willing to give it a chance, since anime characters tend to present themselves somewhat differently than their manga counterparts. Though I doubt this has much of a chance of ever being licensed.

I love her shonen ai series; her art and storytelling are top notch so I look forward to this. I wonder if that is really a girl.
Why wouldn't this series be licensed?

Another supernatural story? Need to check this one out and the art looks pretty nice too.

From the synopsis over at mangaupdates, it's a period/historical, SEINEN genre story with fox ear girls & guys in army uniform - woohoo!
I must definitely have a look at this one.

Won't have any shonen ai then, but her fans will still flock to it because her art is beautiful. I can't find many images of this particular manga anywhere, has anyone seen it yet?

I really don't like her art & I see nothing stupendous about her stories. I've always felt her BL are shojo with the pronouns changed because her boys aren't any more masculine in behavior than in their appearance.
However, it's always nice when we see anime from somewhere other than the usual places (The Shonen Jump titles. Takahashi. I like her, yes, but it's nice to see it spread around a bit.)
