Just thought I'd point out that she isn't credits for Karas in the encyclopedia at all.

She is, it's just that her name has been spelled wrong in the encyclopedia. An error report has already been generated by another user to fix the issue.

I noticed the error report, although the source given is not one that I can use, but she is not listed in the credits either.
Since the article writer seems confident in their facts it would make sense that the data we have reflected this. I can't precisely check the credits since I have the combined western DVD release; it was originally released as 6 OVAs - there were clearly 6 different endings and the article as it stands suggests there are at least two different ending themes.

You should also submit her in the credits for "theme song performance" and "theme song lyrics" then at least she will be on the page - error reports can take a long time to process.
