I have the boxset with the anime series and the LA movie Boogiepop and Others. Which should I watch first?

Mm. Apparently the movie was aired after the TV series, but it's a prequel. So, I'd say that's up to you, whichever order you want. From what I heard, the book seems to explain things better than the TV series, I was also told that it did increase this certain person's joy while watching the TV series, by reading the book first.
But as far as my knowledge goes, I've only seen the TV series. The anime was quite confusing, but since I'm not patient enough for books. I think you could PM pparker about it, though I'm not too sure whether he will reply or not. |

Watch the movie first, then the series. Ideally, you should read the first Boogiepop novel first (Boogiepop Doesn't Laugh), but the movie is an adaptation of that, so it should be sufficient (I have not seen the movie, so I'm not sure how good the adaptation is). Although the TV series does work by itself, it's a sequel to the first book, so it'll make a lot more sense if you read the book or watch the live action movie first.
