Grandma Rosa don't have no arms.
And which shows have men that look like little girls? I'm drawing a blank here.

I guess a lot of grandmas are like that. Not mine... she likes Naruto and is sad it's no longer on Cartnoon Network.

If you watch to much anime you start not to notice but a lot of shows do especially in shoujo. For me the big ones I can think of is Miki in Utena and Hotohori in Fushigi Yuugi. Plus let us not forget all the girly men in yaoi.
Though I like Grandma's reaction to Kevin's answer. She's a keeper in my book.

I felt like this comic was more about advancing the story than relating to anime. The conversation seems to be the only tie-in.
Grandma Rosa might be a fun character. Since Paola had to "go get her brother" I wonder if there's gonna be a surprise about him . . .

Well, I'm not surprised that Yaoi has men that look like women. But men that look like little girls? As in prepubescent little girls? That's just sick.

Have you never seen a bishounen go super-deformed? Happens all the time.

Ever heard of Shota-con? Or Momiji in Fruits Basket and Hunny in Ouran?
Anyway, to Grandma, even teenagers probably look like "little girls," which basically covers all andrgonous bishies.
Gotta love Grandma. She's the only character who can get away with calling anime "cartoons" on an anime website. LOL.

Who wants to bet Grandma Rosa is an anime fan? Might even see some Ultimate Daisuke material make it in somehow heh.

Story of my life. This is genius. =D
Grandma: Where are you going this weekend?
Me: ...Anime...Expo... >_>;;
Grandma: What's that? That's not those stupid cartoons, right?
Me: ...Well... It's... not really... It's more like... culture... Sort of... *wanttogetoffphoneNOW*
Needless to say, me and Grandma don't have the "yaoi discussion".

I really enjoyed this one. Grandma Rosa might be one of your best characters yet! I can't wait to see more.
