YES! We finally get Yu-Gi-Oh! R! I've really been wanting to read this series ever since I read the concept behind it.

One would think that Yu-Gi-Oh would be out of ideas after almost ten plus years of being around. Apparently not though.
I have a friend who likes the series, so I am not bashing it, only commenting. As expected though, he also told me 4kids butchered the anime as well. Got to love 4kids, almost anything they license is almost instantly ruined.

Oh wow, lots of awesome people on that list...Inio Asano, Taiyo Matsumoto, Natsume Ono, Fumi Yoshinaga...I'm also looking forward to Natsume Yuujin-Cho and Rumiko's new manga (hoping it'll be more Maison Ikkoku than Inuyasha). There's lots to look forward to in 2009 and 2010, it seems!

So wait...one of the former villains' heirs wants to play children's card games for revenge against a vertically-challenged kid with ridiculous hair?
...I give up. It's Japan, I know, but I STILL give up.

I think bringing people back to life via something involving said card game is involved too or something.

YES!!!!!!!!!! The Boys Over Flowers epilogue!!! I've been wondering if/when VIZ was going to get this.
This has certainly brightened my mood.

Teriyaki: That's how I feel about Pokemon, but a new movie's coming out already from Universal. I'm just glad to see some real Yu Gi Oh again, and not that INO crap in Jump.

Great news for What a Wonderful World! and GoGo Monster. Viz has already stated that Taiyo Matsumoto's Tekkon Kinreet sold very, very well, but I was a bit worried about Solanin; if this is any indication, it looks like Inio Asano saw success here.
Also a bit curious about Not Simple, as well.

Wow that's quite a lot, hey, they got Natsume Yujin-cho! That's a surprise, I didn't know the manga was so popular. Hmm, I wonder if that means the anime isn't far behind, it would be awesome if it got licensed this year.

Oh, I'm really excited for "What a Wonderful World." I loved Viz's release of "Solanin" last year, so I can't wait to get another series from the same mangaka.

I have been waiting for Yu-Gi-Oh! R... Wonder if they'll run it in JUMP? It's not very long AFAIK.
