Hey, I was wondering if they were making a Vandread 3rd Stage because I've been looking for a while on the net, but I've only found rumors.

It's not likely to happen (hey, at least it's not about more Berserk or Hellsing this time!)
The fact is, there probably isn't any interest. If it was going to happen, it would have been done by now. Add to that the fact that the 2nd stage gave you a complete story, there really isn't any need to delve into things further. While a follow up OVA would have been nice, it's nice to leave things up to our imagination as well.

By the end of second stage I'd say it was sort of a cliffhanger(or to be continued) ending but it DID give you a full story.
3rd Stage would indeed be nice...

Much as Vandread was a guilty pleasure for me, I serously doubt there wiil be a 3rd season.
But (like with Hellsing) hope springs eternal!
