I will also stick with it until the end of the season but I am watching at like 1,5 speed and being mostly tuned out. That is due to the show indeed stubbornly sticking to the same dynamic and despite adding new characters refusing to change in any meaningful way. It also does not help that the romantic progression is crazy slow or maybe even absent at all since we are now ten episodes in and they can (barely) speak a few sentences with one another.
So yeah, there is not much fun for me in it anymore and a second season would be a no thanks.

People need to be more perverted and enjoy the ecchi*.
I still enjoy the banter and interaction, even if the plot is going at a snails pace (but then I generally enjoy plot-free SOL banter).
*Tongue and cheek, as indicated by the emoticon, so please do not be offended.

I mean, joke or not I would somewhat agree if the ecchi was actually good, if you are in the market for that there are far better options this season though. Heck, the 100 Girlfriends' episode of last week had plenty of hair/tentacle action for the fans. I also struggle to see it as slice of life since the show is so focused on the romance while there not actually being any romance.

Episode 11
Not my favorite episode, as Mona's internal dialog was approaching RAG levels of annoyance.

Yes, she is very annoying but on the other hand we at last have some kind of progress. Mona is finally honest with herself, it took a long time but it does seem to be a permanent step forward. Also shocking is that Medaka smiled and that we learned about something that he likes. That may sound like faint praise (it is) but if you think about it every character in the show is paper thin and we know nothing about them.

Hey, Medaka has two whole expressions now! Don't belittle the progress that's been made here fellas! :wink. Not that I actually have anything against Medaka. As I've said before, his sincerity and kindness come through if not much else.
In a lot of ways, this felt like a final episode.
Tomo was a bit more lively this episode than last. Which is good, because my other favorite character, Asahi, has kind of been relegated into the Mona-chan on the other side.
In this to the bitter, or sweet, or bittersweet end.

it will very likely be a ''and thus life went on'' kind of ending. For better or worse the show has a formula it is sticking to.
