Navigate the Maze and Explore the Next Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game Releases
Hawthorne, Calif. (March 17, 2025) – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KONAMI) introduces two new booster sets for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) as the 25th Anniversary celebrations wind down in March and April.
First off, KONAMI is releasing more cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! animated series in the latest “Maze” booster set, Maze of the Master! This set takes us back to ancient Egypt with 10 new Egyptian and Trap Monster-themed cards inspired by Odion's Battle City Deck from the original animated series. The nostalgic design of these cards – resembling cards from the earliest days of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG – will appeal to ancient Duelists across the globe. Maze of the Master also contains cards with more modern designs, inspired by different eras of the animated series. Included in those cards are 7 new cards inspired by Mizar's “Galaxy”/“Tachyon” Deck from Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal, 7 new “Performage” monsters from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, and 7 new “Trickstar” cards inspired by Blue Angel from Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. New cards inspired by the XYZ monsters that Kaiba uses in Battle City and that Chazz uses in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX are also included in Maze of the Master.
Maze of the Master includes a total of 112 cards, and 60 of them are brand-new to the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. In total, there are 6 Secret Rares, 13 Ultra Rares, 21 Super Rares, 70 Rares, and 2 Quarter Century Secret Rares available in the set. 16 of those cards are also available as Collector's Rares. Each 7-card booster pack contains 6 Rare cards and 1 Foil card.
The Maze opens on March 14, when Maze of the Master will first be available in stores. MSRP is $4.49 per pack.
Next up is the penultimate set release that contains Quarter Century Secret Rares: Quarter Century Stampede! This massive set is a successor to Quarter Century Bonanza and replicates its formula for success. Quarter Century Stampede contains a core set of more than 80 tournament-level cards, plus a 200-card nostalgia reprint pool, including picks from the community that were chosen in an online poll. Tournament mainstays like Mulcharmy Fuwalos and Salamangreat Raging Phoenix, plus fan-favorite classics like Trap Dustshoot and Metamorphosis, will be released in seven beautiful rarities for Duelists to enjoy.
Each booster pack of Quarter Century Stampede includes 1 Luxury Secret Rare (appearing as a Quarter Century Secret Rare or Platinum Secret Rare) from the nostalgia card pool, plus 4 other cards from the main card pool of tournament-level cards. In their base rarity, those 4 tournament-level cards will be a Super Rare, 2 Ultra Rares, and a Secret Rare – but each Ultra Rare has a 1 in 6 chance of appearing as a “prismatic” Ultimate Rare or “prismatic” Collector's Rare instead, and the Secret Rare has a 1 in 4 chance of appearing as a Platinum Secret Rare or Quarter Century Secret Rare! Just like with Quarter Century Bonanza, that means each pack of Quarter Century Stampede can include up to 4 cards in special “luxury” rarities!
The rush begins when Quarter Century Stampede hits shelves on April 11. MSRP is $5.99 per pack.
