So is this basically Saikano meets SPYxFAMILY? I take it there's no official English localization yet?

Not really. It's more closer to RikeKoi with "two scientists of opposite gender who are totally in romantic relationship, but they are too dense to really get into that fact", but now with adorable robot "daughter" who mostly being the common sense actor in this family dynamic.
