That number 1 sign is used specifically for the limited cards in YuGiOh, it is exactly the same in colour and shape.
Anyone knows the reason?

Okay, I had to look at it for myself. The first few pages of Secret Steward had the usual plot points of the first chapter or two of a generic butler/rich girl romance manga but, even if I hadn't already learned the twist from this very article before even reading the first (and presumably only) chapter, it moves through those plot points a little too quickly to be anything other than a fakeout.

This needs to be a thing. More canceled manga and movies having “and suddenly, Deadpool!” end them.

Last I recall, Hiida Haruka/Sakura Spider is currently doing a guest appearance in the ongoing Spiderman Octo Girl manga - because she got stranded in that world after some multiverse adventures or other.

Ryan Reynolds recently discussed how he had an idea to do something very similar with Deadpool & Wolverine, so the manga actually doing it is pretty funny.

The main problem with making a fakeout movie that's actually just another instalment of a film in a high-profile franchise is that, even with NDAs, it be hard to prevent some information from leaking during production especially if they shoot scenes outside of a controlled studio setting and bystanders who haven't signed NDAs get a glimpse of the actors in costume.
Not to mention, if they advertise a stealth sequel as something else, they'd risk not getting the opening weekend numbers that they might have otherwise gotten if they'd have advertised it normally.
I know some people will point towards M. Night Shyamalan's Split as being a successful "stealth sequel" but that was more of a standalone movie that had a last minute reveal as being set in the same universe as an existing movie but you could still enjoy it as its own thing even if you'd never seen Unbreakable..
