His name is Ragna and based on that plot, his should be waifu gets killed and he then becomes the Bloodedge. This has me interested,

This is a nice surprise. Maybe there is hope for a Übel Blatt anime adaptation too.

The premise and artwork is pretty decent just avoid the CGI dragon route never looks good. It makes me wonder if the manga will be licensed soon in North American now that the anime is in the works.

The manga has been out already, think we are up to volume 3 or 4 now.
