Interesting to see Kosaka directing it because I really liked ReLife.
Still no news on how the Netflix broadcast will go in April. Considering the TV broadcast is likely going to be traditional 30-minute slots on a weekly basis, maybe the Netflix debut will be a bit delayed like Blue Period? Or in monthly batch?

I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be the normal "Netflix jail" situation. Netflix will likely stream a cour in Japan and then release it all at once outside Japan with a dub (hopefully the same as TMS Entertainment's current Conan film cast for consistency's sake, though I doubt they will keep the same cast).

Jail or no jail is likely depended on how Netflix perceives/predicts the reception of the show. Jail is usually reserved for lower profiles and no jail or somewhat jail is likely for higher profiles. At this point, I have no idea but I am bracing for the worst: full jail, that is despite it says in April it really is going to be indeterminate date for Netflix.

Well, Netflix has used Bang Zoom! before and this will probably be a Union LA dub so I don't think there's any reason to expect any recasts...

Fair point. It would be great if they did get the same cast, though I always err on the side of caution when it comes to Netflix and their streaming/dubbing decisions.

Kyle McCarley (the English VA for Rei/Toru in the films) recently appeared in the VSI Los Angeles English dub of Komi Can’t Communicate on Netflix. So hopefully he gets to reprise his role regardless of which studio is commissioned.
