They have an account on ANN, but they do not have a public actor page on the encyclopedia and the video game I'm trying to credit them for is not added to the encyclopedia either.
Can anyone help me, this website isn't very user friendly and I'm just trying to add credits to the actors information as well as find out how to add the actor. |

There's no option to add a video game, I'm afraid. All video games are added under non-anime roles. And for a person to appear in the database, he should have at least one anime credit to his name.

Video games don't have entries in the encyclopedia. The encyclopedia primarily handles anime, manga, novels, and light novels, but select non-anime works are allowed (Ex: Live-action movies, Korean animation, manhwa), but none are video games. As KutovoiAnton pointed out, those go under non-anime roles on one's encyclopedia page (Ex: person#2074), but to get one, they first need to have at least one credit for a relevant entry.
