Does "G" refer to girls, or the cup size of the protag?
Also as expected, that's one ugly loli, probably shouldn't go for having one.

She just looks like generic cute loli. Your usage of "ugly" sounds like it comes from a place of biased hate, where you use ugly as your word of choice to exaggerate your dislike for a particular type of character.
Is there anything special or new about her design? Not all. But "ugly" is such a bizarre and warped way to describe a character that doesn't look like much of anything, she's just a generic little anime girl.

I am not a big fan of these gender-focused series making their own genderflipped versions. It is rare that there are male-centric series getting their own female versions but I doubt this one will be succeed as much. This could not even have a female manager.
