Hello,
Is there any document that explains all possible values for an api response? Like <anime> the full listing of attributes, attribute values, children nodes (with their explanations). This would be much better than the trial and error that I am currently doing with the api. Thanks |

Sorry, we don't have such a document. But the example given on the api page has every datatype I believe.
The "precision" is the part in parentheses after the name that you can see on the anime page. |

What do you mean "what season?" Do you means "Season 1," "season 2," or do you mean "summer 2018" ? |

Thanks for the response. I am looking for something like season 1, 2, ..., 6. However, if this is not possible just let me know how the seasons are given according to the api. Thanks.

Hey JPat,
The API doesn't include the season number, but it tells you the id of the next/previous season inside the <related-prev> and <related-next> tag as an attribute. Here is an example: cdn.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/api.xml?anime=15804 You could use it to find the season number, but I can't tell if it's reliable. |
