Guys can someone confirm this for me please.
Does the steam version inludes the initial 18+ adult version or do I have to get a patch for it?
According to the article they kept adding things to the game but I hope they did not remove anything else in the process.
If it is so, is there a way ro fully experience the game as it was truly intended?
Thank you for your time.

Feels good to have a Switch. Potentially the new PSVita of the VN portable market.

You have to get a patch for it. The adult version is actually called Dies Irei Malie Fabula. Unless you're super attached to Steam, I would advise getting it on Mangagamer.com (Dies Irei DX package) which comes with the DLC episodes all in the Adult version without patching.

If you want to play the version with sex scenes that's fine, but just in case let me clear up some things. The steam version isn't a "censored for Westerners sensibilities" release, it is a translation of an actual no-sex-content version by the original studio for the Japanese market. It doesn't cut out any content it only substitutes sex scenes for bonding talks and such. In cases where there was sex as part of the story progression, it is still there just less graphic. If anything the added content such as extra illustrations for battle scenes and extended dialogue make amantes amentes the most complete experience
Hope it helps.

On another note. Of all things I would have never imagined dies irae coming to the switch. Do you guys remember those days when Nintendo was so afraid of anything slightly controversial such as sexy jrpg and now they will take in a narrative experiment on anthroposophy tailored for edgy teens about supernatural Nazis trying to bring upon the apocalypse. This is a great novel so I don't mind but isn't exactly family friendly so it took me by surprise
