we already got kof, albei it was only a small amount of costumes (3 iirc) but we also got a character.

Isn't that why you have PC mods for?......Along with games like Battle Raper.

Yes, that's what its for, PC mods can already do that, along with costume swaps from various series too from someone that asked the SF/Tekken question.

Tecmo doesn't disrespect their characters like that. They are very protective of them. Which is why they don't condone nude mods. They nearly pulled the PC port of DOA5 because they were afraid of mods.
sure they make skimpy costumes for them, but none of them are nude.
