i mean it's a live action movie based off an anime made by Americans
do i have to say anything else

I'm still not going to see it. The role of the Major should've gone to an Asian actress, not some overrated actress that has nothing but a wooden skill. Hypocritical Hollywood calls out for equality and doesn't.

I wish Masamune Shirow him self would resume GITS manga.
I've waited 20+ years for GITS live action movie and going to see it.
Hope it'll become a trilogy or something, just one movie wouldn't suffice.

You talk as if people can't connect or understand things from other cultures. Quite funny, considering you're on a website that is all about the love that westerners have for eastern media.
Personally I don't see anything wrong with that premise. The factors that will determine if the movie is good or bad are others.

Enough salt to fill the ocean. Rolling Eyes Well, I'm personally counting down the days for this film and have moderate expectations for the story but really enjoying the visuals so far.

Kinda ironic given she was apart of those riots over the weekend.
