Will check this out. But, I do admit getting the feeling they simply scrambled together one year's worth of shows, cut bits and pieces of each they thought saw fit, stitched them together, and called it a day...

Hiroyuki Sawano again? Ugh I'm getting sick of hearing his generic music every season. Besides the Mechs, I don't know why but this really reminds me of Fate/Zero for some reason.

Not gonna lie, it looks like trash. Aniplex is using their typical "Big names working on this, wow, watch it and love it, you guys!" strategy. I'll just call this Aldnoah Zero 2.0 (and yes, that is very insulting since A/Z was a disaster).

This does look like a massive waste of time. I see no potential in this being anything other than becoming a trainwreck.

Isekai is the McDonalds or Call of Duty of anime. There's no thinking, no originality, it's all a simple cash in uniformly written in a one-size-fits-all plot structure. Really disappointing coming from Rei Hiroe, the creator of one of the most original manga of all time.

This sounds like it potentially, could possibly be interesting? But it's more like the formula for a story trying to be interesting--a chuunibyu story in the extreme.

Well, the trailer and synopsis doesn't seems "isekai" to me. More like the Battle Royale between stereotypical characters of anime genres - we got some fantasy girls, one mahou shoujo, shounen hero with bokutou as main weapon and at least two friggin big mecha.
The fact it's completely absurd idea even on paper, but it's not lacks some originality.

It kinda reminds me of that wonderful example of this from the Summer, Qualidea Code.
I hope I'm wrong.

Sounds like Princess Tutu meets Madoka Magica. Given what I know of Rei Hiroe, this idea seems a little out there for him. Hopefully he can pull it off.

He probably is in need of some money since he's been suffering from writer's block (or PTSD) from Black Lagoon for so long.
Sorry, but the plot looks pretty dumb at the moment. Maybe future updates will do something to make this appear more watchable to me, but right now I have no interest in it at all.

I'm tentatively interested. If nothing else, I like the purple haired guys design; reminds me of K'. I'd watch for him. x'D;

This is like the semicolon all over again.
