Wow. I don't even remember anything like this even happening before. She passed away just a day after her daughter and by pretty much similar causes.
I hope their family and friends can get through this unfortunate moment. Truly shocking. Thank you for having an impact on our child/adulthood. RIP |

This is absolutely devastating. We lost way too many incredibly talented people in 2016. Rest in peace, Debbie and Carrie. Thank you for sharing part of your lives with your fans. I wish their family well--it's awful to imagine having to organize two funerals in the same week like this.

Pretty much my exact thoughts, Its been a terrible year, and I just can't wait to get 2017 started, I lost one of my otaku friends too earlier this year to Cancer; its been a hard year

This year really has been the worst when it comes to losing such talented and wonderful people. Even on the tail end, we're still losing folks who have shared their talent with others. This one seems to be the topper, a mother's death following her daughter's in only one day.
I have to ask circumstance itself this: are you quite done now? |

It makes me think of Chritopher Reeve's death after he finally managed to walk assisted. His wife died only a month later of cancer, I think. Really sad news. Rest in peace. |
