Yyep, pretty much what we were saying in the "Dark Magical Girls" thread:
In the world of Japanese stereotypes, if you like anime/manga...that must mean you're a hopelessly embarrassing magical-girl addict, and/or watch PreCure.

I feel like this is how most people felt when they started watching Star Vs the forces of evil.

I hope the lawyers aren't looking at this, that's cutting it close there with the Precure-esque characters.

Really? She looks much more like Cure Peach from Fresh! PreCure instead (to the point that I did a double take when I saw the character).

Wataru must be having the time of his life watching the adorable magical girls in action.
Here's hoping the copyright lawyers won't ruin the fun...

Ah, there it is! I also felt she didn't really look like her, aside from being blonde and the pink-themed one/leader. She does look way more like Peach, though the outfit does remind me a little more of Smile meets HappinessCharge.
(The other two girls look like they're trying to be Twinkle and Mermaid's color schemes though.)
The manga sounds like it could be really amusing. For some reason, the art reminded me of Fukumoto-sensei. . .

The lead has a fusion of several season elements from Precure, the most blatant is Cure Peach.

The good thing that the Walt Disney Company doesn't own the PreCure franchise since they are infamous for their IP-protection. Ironically, as I have brought up to the CEO or someone claiming to be the CEO of Disney, they got they start using the public domain.

by the title alone makes me think its another one of those series where a guy genderswaps transforms into magical girl.

This story sounds vaguely familiar like I'm sure that I heard this kind of story from some of my friends who are in fact Bronies.

Well, yeah, about the copyrights and likeness, hope that doesn't happen, but who knows, I mean, we all know what happened with Hi-Score Girl and its licenses issue (which got settled later on, and it still continues, thankfully, still waiting if that Anime adaptation will ever come to pass.)
Anyways, delinquent and MG's? I'm (probably) up for it, lol. Now if any English manga licensors are willing to translate it, it would be a nice pipe dream, lol.

This premise reminds me of Luckyuro from Kyoryuger. A villain who got addicted to shojo manga and didn't want to kill humans any more but hid his love of it from everyone.

I think this manga was made to reference the popularity of Precure, but I could be wrong.
