This is what I'm talking about!
Although it feels they made the PV a bit too spoilery...a few things could have been left out in order to create more tension, or things that would have been a nice surprise if you first saw it in the movie and not in the PV.
Though I guess the creators have to reassure the fans that "yes, we are putting this, that and these parts in, so don't worry about anything being left out and come on over and watch it!"

Nice. Looking forward to this. The Atlantic arc is one of my favorite arcs from the manga.

Fingers crossed that Funimation is able to license and dub it and Aniplex of America doesn't decide to get it and release it as an expensive sub-only BD

^ This.
I love the Black Butler dub, and Funi's releases for the series have been lovely. I really don't want Aniplex to release this instead of letting Funi the chance to release it like they had released the rest of the series so far.

Funi's been putting a lot of their films in theaters so fingers crossed they get the license to dub it.
I'm still concerned about fitting such a big arc into a film. I get the feeling those flashbacks are going to get cut to hell.

I don't think I would worry about it too much. The Atlantic Arc is only 3 volumes long. The Book of Murder Arc is the same length and was able t fit pretty much all of its content in less than 2 hours.

Book of Murder was literally just under two hours to adapt 13 chapters. Book of the Atlantic has to adapt 15 chapters. That's a lot to squeeze into 120 minutes, assuming it won't be shorter.
Forgive me, but I'm remaining skeptical until the film's length is confirmed.

Well, color me interested. I also hope that Aniplex lets Funimation do the English dub. They've done a good job with it and I hope it continues. It's a shame we don't get to see what the America of "Black Butler" is like. I'd love to see it.
