Cool, but wow, $270+? Think Geek's Medieval Knight Hoodie goes for $80. They might have been better off going about this in a different way.

The samurai hoodies are indeed an impressive outfit with an historic feel. However, with the price tag at $320+, they're going to be a really hard sell to even a dedicated fashionista.

Too expensive. Is there actually a market for $250+ nondescript sort-of geeky apparel? They look awesome and I'd love to own one, but I'd already hesitate if they cost 50 dollars, forget about paying five or six times that price
ETA: Apparently there is such a market, seeing how the campaign is a few thousand dollars from being funded. |
