Lol, I was not expecting this to get an anime. Interesting to see how they will direct this considering some of the content.

Consider how downright disturbing and sexual (the "fan service" can be a bit extreme for some viewers) this work can get, I am very surprised that this work end up getting animated.

This is a real nice surprise! And yes, the content is sometimes very explicit, and the two main characters, actually, all the characters, are pretty much downright awful. So, I wonder if this will be toned down for TV (hopefully, it won't).

I haven't read the manga, but can it be compared to Inio Asano's more disturbing works? Anyway, this might be quite interesting.

Soo should i care about the manga if i liked Aku no Hana\Oyasumi punpun? Or is it full of fanservice and shocking just for the sake of it?

No, it's not like they are throwing you the boobs and the legs in your face. It's just more like a plot point for the series and the maturity of the characters rather than just plain, stupid fanservice.

I have read the manga so far and really enjoyed it. I am looking forward to the anime if they can keep the same level of love vs. self-loathing the manga brings across in many parts. Interesting piece and I can't wait to see how they do with it.

Not this manga. It's so negative to people. It might actually draw some people away due to it's content. I love things getting animated but the story just rubs me the wrong way.

Awesome! I've been hearing so many good things about this series. Really looking forward to it.
I have no idea what kind of sexual content is in this series, but Prison School was pretty successful with it's content and didn't feel overly censored(even less so for the BD release), so I think they have at least a little bit of room to work with. |
