This is easily one of the strangest ads I've ever seen. I was just waiting for Dende to look at them and ask "What's a car and how will it help us defeat Freiza?"

If you watched DBZ when it first came out you're probably between 24-34 now. The perfect age for car companies looking to sell their products.

Exactly. I already own a 2007 Ford Focus though...so despite being 28 the ad is kind of meaningless for me.

Didn't see that one coming anyway it's a fun commercial one that rightfully deserves to be a super bowl commercial can you imagine that all of America watching a Dragon ball Z commercial for the Ford Focus minds will be blown. Shocked

I love how Sonny Strait gave it his all in this commercial too. He's a super-reliable guy.

This is Dragon Ball Z. If there's any anime that you can bet your Joe Schmoe on the street will recognize, it's this one.

Few moments after they get the car, Vegeta & Frieza destroys all of them.

I would think that Porunga would question why they would wish for a car when they are capable of moving faster than any car, but then again, Shenron granted Oolong's wish for underwear, so it's not like the dragons care how frivolous your wish is.
