From what show? "Lulu" is not much to search on. I found mostly Little Lulu, the old cartoon character. I could not vote in the new poll. The only show that I have seen is Karin, and I do not like Winner Sinclair. I am not a big vampire fan and I could not think of any character to write in. I did vote for the winner in the previous poll. Go, Asuka!

Isn't Koyomi Araragi technically a vampire killer? And I don't know if Meme Oshino actually kills vampires, he's an Aberration killer.

Blood +. Lulu's the vampire hunter who's an "artificial vampire", a very memorable character or I thought. I'm still thinking about an answer myself. None of them seem right so far. |

Not anime so she doesn't count, but Kunagisa Tomo from Zaregoto is my favorite blue-haired character overall, and she also happens to be a genius.
For the poll I voted for Oshino Meme for lack of anyone else. Don't really know if he counts, all in all, considering he's never actually hunted a single vampire in the series. Episode only showed up for a short while during Neko: Shiro so far and Guillotinecutter was the more "hunter" of the three from Kizu but he hasn't been animated yet. |

As much as i love Ruri she's not really "blue haired", now if we do a Silver haired ranking........... That said there is something wrong with ranking anyone above Ami. |

I did an image search for Bulma and in about half of the pictures she has blue hair, in the others it is green. Did her hair color change? I am not a Dragon Ball fan and have seen very little of the show. |

I suppose the "she's really silver haired" exemption for Ruri Hoshino also applies to Tessa Testarossa from Full Metal Panic. But I think Shiro might fall under the silver-haired exemption, too.

Ruri's hair color is almost identical to Shiro's. She definitely belongs.
