Sounds to me like Ian Sinclair is the voice of Rashid.

Pretty sure it is, Funi actors have done SF characters in the past Catlin Glass is Cammy, Chris Bevins is Dhalsim, and Jason Liebritch is Able |

Personally, Shaheen looks much cooler than him. His movement/gameplay, though, looks pretty cool. He is completely anti-fireball.

Rashid's outfit doesn't seem to stand out much, but that tornado attack seems like it would be hard to dodge.

Ah, I felt his voice sounded familiar. Makes sense if Ian Sinclair voices him. I would've liked to see more of his personality displayed in these clips though. So far, I mainly see him spitting out tornadoes and hear him giggling from time to time. The other character reveal trailers so far have shown much more personality with each character in their voice clips, appearance, and overall behavior in combat.
That being said, he does state his nickname is "The Turbulent Wind." That'd make him something of a living haboob, a weather phenomenon whose name is Arabic for "violent current." If you've ever seen a haboob, they are terrifying and as deadly as they look. |

highly doubt sinclair will voice rashid. That is unless he also became an independent VA like Glass and other funi VAs. Also this is a japaneese trailer, not a English voice trailer. Not to mentioned that no one have even announced that the same VAs for Studiopolis will be voicing SF5,so its highly unlikely any of the VAs will make their return. |
