Nitroplus is a visual novel publisher who are heavily involved in several production of anime most of which, if you see Gen Urobuchi involved there's a high chance that Nitroplus is involved as well, and that's a given since he's an employee for Nitro+.
Saber being in the game makes sense since fate/zero was a collaboration between Nitro+x Type-Moon that had Gen Urobuchi writing the light novels before the anime adaption even happened.

Wait, so there is no Gakkou Gurashi Yuki as support character? Cause she is also appeared in arcade version.

Seeing Saya in this is still weird though.

Yeah, when I saw her in the trailer, I thought, "Is that really Saya?"

I don't know about all the characters, but she is a Lovecraftian cosmic horror, and I doubt many fighters could truly stand up to her in a fight. She can remove people's sanity at will.
