I can see a Nana Mizuki life-size dakimakura coming in the future. Real life idol dakimakura covers have been made before.

Japan keeps getting more unique that I will be surprised what can top this other than a Japanese adult toy company making a perfume that recreates the scent of Japanese high school girl's poop.
