TV Asahi should think about streaming English episodes of Doraemon on their YouTube site more often.

Unfortunately, Disney still lords over the dub (assuming they're still showing it after the summer), so no chance of that. Still, if the rights to BangZoom's dub revert to Asahi or Fujio, we might see something. Viz suddenly deciding to throw a party is also a helpful sign...

Actually, that was pretty funny, and the dub's very well-done, even if there are some edits. All the voices sound perfect, especially Mona Marshall!

Well, either TV Asahi should do it, or Disney should stream it to everybody who might not have the channel itself. Unlikely scenario (much like the dumfounded suggestion for a Doraemon themed ride or attraction at the Disney parks, which will never happen in the near future), but one I would love to happen. |

If you pay close attention to the live-action video, you'll notice that the eyes on the Doraemon suit *ACTUALLY MOVE*.
