My favorite role of her isn't even in anime (Wang Yuanji in Dynasty Warriors series). But if I'll have to name one... It's either Oda Nobuna or Suzuno in "Hataraku Maou-sama".

I'd think that Sena would've gotten higher and wish Eris from Cat Planet Cuties was listed.

Well, I'm not a big fan of "Who's the best role of a voice actor" kind of thing, but I personally enjoyed her role as Airi in Queen's Blade.
Sena Kashiwazaki from Haganai come second. |

Her slight nasal voice is perfect as Sena, but I also enjoyed her as Ohana and Eris.

Other than the already mentioned Ohana, I would add Serizawa Fumino (Mayoi Neko Overrun). She sure is awesome for Tsundere-like roles.
