I almost thought dragon ball for second like oh shiiiiiiiit a dragon ball game oh they meant z....fuuuuuck. Honestly had they kept Raging Blast and added onto that I'd be interested.

Maybe it had something to do with the japanese word for it and fitting it on the mouth flaps.

The word "hyperbolic" does not necessarily imply "relating or pertaining to a hyperbole in the literary sense". Hyperbolic can also relate to hyperbolas, or curves, including the concept of theoretical non-Euclidean timespace arrangements created through mathematical curves.
As to why they translated it as such, I don't know - maybe they wanted it to sound "science-y" or something. The original name for it is 精神と時の部屋, or "Room of Spirit and Time", a pretty bleh name imho.

I am wondering how the PS4 ver will hold up as i hope this games being made for PS4 first and not a lazy PS3 / 360 made game that's just on the PS4

What do you mean "fair"?
Considering the Xbox One is out in Japan in a few months and this DBZ game is all but certain for either the end of the year or early next year at the earliest, if there isn't an Xbox One version mentioned here, it probably isn't happening.

Microsoft won't be launching the XBone until September in Japan, so I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't bothering themselves with it. It is very similar to the PS4, so they could probably port it fairly quickly if they wanted to.

As much as I love DBZ they gotta stop making games for it now like fudge make a new yu yu hakusho game for Gods sake we already have a million DBZ games already.
